Cheesy Jalapeño Spoon Bread


What You Need

  • 1 can (15¼ oz.) Del Monte® Golden Sweet whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (10¾ oz.) Campbell’s® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 box (8½ oz.) corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup French’s ® Crispy Jalapeños


  1. HEAT the oven to 350°F. Spray an 8"x 8" baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. STIR the corn, soup, corn muffin mix, eggs and water in a large bowl and mix well. Stir in ½ cup crispy jalapeños. Pour the batter into the baking dish.
  3. BAKE for 45 min. or until baked through. Sprinkle with the remaining crispy jalapeños.
  4. BAKE for 5 min. or until the crispy jalapeños are golden brown.
