Protein Pumpkin Soup

What You Need

  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ small onion, peeled
  • ¼ medium apple, cored
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 4 scoops Unflavored Wheybolic Extreme 60™
  • ¼ tsp sage
  • ¼ tsp rosemary
  • ¼ tsp thyme
  • ⅛ tsp white pepper
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened whipping cream

Instructions

  1. COMBINE all ingredients, except whipping cream, in a blender and secure lid.
  2. BLEND for 5-6 minutes.
  3. ADD in whipping cream and secure lid.
  4. BLEND an additional 10-15 seconds.
  5. TRANSFER to a pot and heat on a low setting until warm.
  6. SERVE warm.
