What You Need
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
½ small onion, peeled
¼ medium apple, cored
2 cups canned pumpkin
4 scoops Unflavored Wheybolic Extreme 60™
¼ tsp sage
¼ tsp rosemary
¼ tsp thyme
⅛ tsp white pepper
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
¼ cup unsweetened whipping cream
Instructions
COMBINE all ingredients, except whipping cream, in a blender and secure lid.
BLEND for 5-6 minutes.
ADD in whipping cream and secure lid.
BLEND an additional 10-15 seconds.
TRANSFER to a pot and heat on a low setting until warm.
SERVE warm.
