TRISCUIT "Crostini"


Great for snack time or any time

What You Need

  • 24 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 3 oz. goat cheese, softened
  • 8 slices prosciutto (4 oz.), each cut into 3 pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. fig jam, warmed
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions


  1. SPREAD crackers with cheese.
  2. TOP with prosciutto and jam.
  3. SPRINKLE with onions.

Substitute 6 cooked bacon slices for the prosciutto, cutting each bacon slice into 4 pieces before using as directed.
