Roasted Tomato & Hummus TRISCUIT Toppers

What You Need

  • 18 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1/3 cup hummus
  • 18 small grape tomatoes, roasted (See Tip.)
  • 3 Tbsp. basil pesto
  • 18 small fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. SPREAD crackers with hummus.
  2. TOP with remaining ingredients.
Variation

Substitute ricotta cheese for the hummus. Prepare using pear-shaped or small cherry tomatoes.
