Make with TRISCUIT Crackers

What You Need

  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 36 small red and/or yellow cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp. basil-infused olive oil
  • 24 fresh basil leaves


  1. Spread crackers with cheese.
  2. Top with tomatoes; drizzle with oil.
  3. Add basil.
