What You Need

RITZ Honey Mustard Chicken Fingers


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray foil-covered baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Place cracker crumbs in shallow dish; set aside. Mix mustard, honey and lemon juice in separate shallow dish until blended.
  4. Reserve 1/3 cup mustard sauce for later use. Dip chicken tenders, one at a time, into remaining mustard sauce, then cracker crumbs, turning to evenly coat each chicken tender with each ingredient. Place on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle evenly with oil.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until chicken is done.
  6. Sprinkle chicken with parsley. Serve with reserved mustard sauce.
