Holiday White Queso Dip


Made with WHEAT THINS crackers.

What You Need

  • 1 lb. white American cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup salsa verde
  • 1/3 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) mini sweet peppers, halved lengthwise
  • WHEAT THINS Big Snacks


  1. Cook cheese, half-and-half and salsa verde in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  2. Pour into serving dish; top with pico de gallo.
  3. Serve with peppers and WHEAT THINS.
  4. For best results, serve the hot dip in a fondue pot or small slow cooker to keep it warm while serving.
