CHIPS AHOY! Chocolate Cheesecake Bites

What You Need

  • 33 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, divided
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325°F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Chop 7
  3. cookies; reserve for later use.
  4. Crush remaining cookies finely; mix with butter. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream and cocoa powder; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
  6. Bake 45 to 50 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  8. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting into pieces. Serve topped with whipped topping and reserved chopped cookies.
