Caramel Churro CHIPS AHOY!-Wich

This sweet twist on the classic CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, will leave everyone wanting more.

What You Need

  • 24 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. dulce de leche

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325°F.
  2. Place cookies in single layer on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet; brush lightly with butter.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until lightly browned; cool completely.
  5. Spread dulce de leche evenly onto bottoms of 12 cookies, adding about 1-1/2 tsp. dulce de leche to each cookie. Cover with remaining cookies to make 12 sandwiches.
Variation

Substitute salted caramel sauce for the dulce de leche
