Tuna & Sundried Tomato Penne with Artichokes

What You Need

  • 2 pouches (2.5 oz) Bumble Bee® Prime Fillet® Gourmet Flavors Albacore Tuna with Sundried Tomatoes & Olive Oil
  • 4 oz (about 1.5 cups) uncooked whole grain penne or rigatoni
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced sun-dried tomato packed in oil, drained
  • 1/2 cup canned quartered artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided


  1. COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. HEAT olive oil over medium high heat in a medium skille.
  3. ADD garlic and chili flakes and sauté about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. STIR in tomatoes, artichokes, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons parsley, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, cooked pasta, and tuna.
  5. TURN heat down to medium and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until ingredients are heated through.
  6. TOP with the remaining parsley and Parmesan.
