California Creamy Potatoes

Summary

This uber-cheesy bake boasts creamy potato soup to boost the flavor factor in this crowd-pleasing side.

What You Need

  • 1-1/2 cups KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 8), very thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded CRACKER BARREL Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. HEAT oven to 350ºF.
  2. MIX first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
  3. BAKE 55 min. or until potatoes are tender.
  4. SPRINKLE with chives.
