HONEY MAID Salted Caramel Bars

What You Need

  • 1 pkg. (14.4 oz.) HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, divided
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted almonds
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1/4 tsp. coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. CRUSH 12 grahams to form fine crumbs; mix with butter. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. (To crush graham crackers: place graham crackers in resealable plastic bag. Flatten bag to remove excess air, then seal bag. Crush the grahams into crumbs by rolling a rolling pin across the bag.)
  3. CHOP remaining grahams; sprinkle over graham crust. Top with chocolate chunks and nuts. Pour milk evenly over ingredients in pan.
  4. BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with salt; cool.
  5. MELT 1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over dessert. Refrigerate 5 min. or until chocolate is firm.
Variation

Substitute roasted peanuts for the almonds.
