What You Need

  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
  • 40 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies
  • 1 Tbsp. EACH: orange and purple colored sugar
  • 40 mini candy button eyes (about 2 Tbsp.)


  1. BEAT cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Add marshmallow creme; beat until blended.
  2. PLACE 20 cookies, top sides down, in single layer in shallow pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture into pastry bag fitted with round tip; use to pipe cream cheese mixture onto cookies.
  3. SPRINKLE orange colored sugar around edges of cream cheese mixture on 10 cookies. Repeat with purple colored sugar on cream cheese mixture on remaining cookies.
  4. COVER with remaining cookies to make 20 sandwiches; press gently into cream cheese mixture to secure.
  5. PRESS 2 candy eyes into filling in each cookie sandwich as shown in photo.
  6. REFRIGERATE 2 hours.
