Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich


Enjoy all the flavors of a country breakfast—waffles, bacon and egg—in one easy sandwich.

What You Need

Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich


  1. HEAT butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. BREAK egg and slip into skillet. Immediately reduce heat to low.
  3. COOK slowly for 5 to 6 minutes or until white is completely set and yolk begins to thicken.
  4. TURN egg carefully.
  5. COOK second side to desired doneness.
  6. SPRINKLE with salt and pepper.
  7. PREPARE KELLOGG’S EGGO Homestyle waffles according to package directions.
  8. TOP one of the waffles with the cheese immediately.
  9. TOP with egg, bacon and remaining waffle.

Try substituting a slice of ham or a sausage patty for the bacon!
