Instructions

  1. Add ginger syrup, lemon juice, and apple juice into a cocktail shaker with ice and give it a vigorous shake.

  3. Garnish with a thyme sprig and dehydrated lemon wheel. To add a moody effect, you can torch the thyme sprig!
