Pour cooled cranberry syrup into a 16 oz glass. Fill with ice. Pour in ¾ cup lemon-lime soda, then add the International Delight® Frosted Sugar Cookie Coffee Creamer. Top with International Delight® Sweet & Creamy Cold Foam Creamer. Add a straw, stir, and enjoy!
To make the cranberry syrup at home, combine 2 cups frozen cranberries, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 1 cup water in a medium pot. Sauté over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cranberries soften and burst. Remove from heat, then pour through a fine strainer or sieve to separate the syrup from the fruit. Chill the syrup in the refrigerator until ready to use.
