Dubai Style Chocolate Mocha

Instructions

  1. Spread small spoonful of pistachio cream (~1 Tbsp) onto the slices of a 12oz glass coffee mug.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the hot chocolate powder and cold brew coffee (essentially using the cold brew as the liquid instead of water to make the hot chocolate). Stir and warm over medium heat until it comes to a slow boil. Remove from heat.
  3. In a small cup, combine the remaining 1 Tbsp pistachio cream and 1/3 cup creamer. Use a hand frother to whip it together into a delicious cold foam (approx 20 seconds).
  4. Pour the hot chocolate into your prepared mug, then pour the pistachio cold foam on top. Sprinkle on the chopped chocolate covered pistachios for garnish. Optional other topping is 1 Tbsp of shredded kataifi. Enjoy!
