Berry Chill Out


Relax and come back to center with this iced infusion that combines blueberries and raspberries.

What You Need

  • 2 bags Stress Less Herbal Supplement
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries


  1. Pour boiling water over Stress Less Herbal Supplement tea bags in an 18 to 24 oz. glass. Brew 4 minutes
  2. Remove tea bags and add ice. Add blueberries and raspberries.
  3. Muddle, stir, enjoy
