These fajita-topped appetizers are made with WHEAT THINS Big Snacks for 21g of whole grains per serving.

WHEAT THINS-Beef Fajita Nachos Supreme


  1. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices, then cut each slice in half.
  2. Heat oil in medium cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until browned. Remove meat from skillet; set aside.
  3. Add peppers and onions to skillet; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Return meat to skillet. Add water and seasoning mix; stir. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring frequently. Remove skillet from heat.
  5. Top meat mixture with all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS.
  6. Serve with WHEAT THINS.
