Warm Reuben Spread


Melty cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing, corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese combine for all the flavor of the New York deli classic—reimagined as a warm dip.

What You Need

Warm Reuben Spread


  1. HEAT oven to 350ºF.
  2. MIX cream cheese and dressing in medium bowl; stir in all remaining ingredients except crackers.
  3. SPREAD onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate or shallow dish.
  4. BAKE 20 min. or until heated through. Serve warm with crackers.

Prepare using your favorite variety of woven wheat crackers, such as thin woven wheat crackers.

I served this as a side dish last night with yummy crackers and the family loved it! It went so well with grilled husband even used it as a "topper" on his chicken, he said it was amazing!!!!
