Ultimate 7-Layer Dip

Summary

Sure, we could have gone with six, but at what cost? Lose the sour cream, or the zesty salsa, or the melted shredded cheese or….No. Seven layers. Get a little in each bite.

What You Need

  • 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
  • 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
  • RITZ Toasted Chips Original

Instructions

  1. Mix beans and seasoning mix; spread onto bottom of pie plate.
  2. Top with layers of all remaining ingredients except chips.
  3. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  4. Serve with chips.
Variation

Serve with WHEAT THINS Baked Snack Crackers. Substitute a quiche dish for the pie plate.
