Spicy Buffalo Blue Chicken Protein Dip

What You Need

  • 8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup hot sauce (add more to taste preference)
  • ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded
  • 2 scoops Unflavored Wheybolic Extreme 60™


  1. PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
  2. ADD garlic and jalapeno to a blender and secure lid.
  3. PULSE until minced.
  4. ADD all remaining ingredients and secure lid.
  5. BLEND for 1 minute or until mixed thoroughly.
  6. TRANSFER to oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
  7. SERVE warm.
