Instructions

  1. Spread hummus into wreath shape on large platter.
  2. Reserve 1 tomato half for later use. Place remaining tomato halves on top of wreath; top with nuts, garlic and parsley. Drizzle with oil.
  3. Cut thin slice off both ends of zucchini; discard slices. Use vegetable peeler to cut trimmed zucchini into 6 lengthwise slices, then use zucchini slices to make bow for wreath as shown in photo.
  4. Serve with WHEAT THINS.
