  1. Place crackers, with sides touching in 6 rows of 4 crackers each, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  2. Cut chicken crosswise into 12 slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half.
  3. Spoon 1/4 dressing onto each cracker; top with lettuce and chicken.
  4. Drizzle with remaining dressing, then top with cheese.
