California Shrimp Topper

What You Need

  • 2 oz. reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 18 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 9 thin avocado slices, cut in half
  • 9 thawed frozen cooked cleaned medium shrimp, tails removed, cut lengthwise in half
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh salsa

Instructions

  1. Cut cheese into 9 slices, then cut each cheese slice diagonally in half.
  2. Place on crackers.
  3. Top with remaining ingredients.

Note

To thaw shrimp, remove desired amount of shrimp from bag. Run under cold water for 6 to 8 min. or until thawed. Pat shrimp dry then cut off tails and split shrimp lengthwise. You will have 18 pieces of shrimp.
