BBQ-Chipotle Pulled Chicken Toppers


Why wait for the grill to fire up to enjoy BBQ flavor? Guests will love snacking on our smokey and spicy BBQ-Chipotle Pulled Chicken Toppers. BBQ chicken is smothered with cheese and jalapeno peppers, piled high on a buttery RITZ Cracker. Great for a crowd.

What You Need

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
  • 32 RITZ Crackers
  • 3/4 cup finely shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheeses
  • 2 fresh jalapeño peppers, each cut into 16 thin slices


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook chicken, barbecue sauce and chipotle peppers in saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  3. Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese and chicken mixture.
  4. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with jalapeño peppers.

Substitute mild banana pepper rings or canned sliced jalapeño peppers for the sliced fresh jalapeño peppers.
