Bacon Guacamole Dip

Summary

A great combination – bacon, avocado, and WHEAT THINS!

What You Need

  • 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled, divided
  • 2 fully ripe avocados
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped (about 1/3 cup)
  • 1 large fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • WHEAT THINS Original Snacks

Instructions

  1. Reserve 1 Tbsp. bacon. Mash avocados in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS; mix well.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Sprinkle with reserved bacon. Serve with the WHEAT THINS.

Note
Place both avocado pits in the guacamole before refrigerating. This will help prevent the guacamole from turning brown.

This dip is amazing and goes perfect with any party menu. You do not have to be planning a Mexican Fiesta to add this to your party table. I served this with homemade tortilla chips and everyone loved it!!!
