*When you purchase $15 of any Del Monte® or College Inn® products in one (1) transaction from the Commissary, you will receive one (1) $5 Commissary gift card. Sales tax is not included towards $15 in purchased products.
Qualifying purchases must be made February 16, 2024 through April 15, 2024 and indicated in one (1) original cash register receipt from the Commissary or an electronic receipt for Commissary Click2Go. (If an additional purchase of $15 worth of qualifying products is made and captured on a separate receipt, then an additional entry may be submitted.) Complete the rebate form online and upload a picture of your receipt at ChooseGoodwithDelMonte.com.
Additional method of entry: Mail your original Commissary receipt with the above date and purchase requirements, along with your name, address, phone number and email address to: Military Portfolio and Veg Meals Promotion, PO BOX 125, Heyworth, IL 61745. Mail in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2024.
