*When you purchase $15 of any Del Monte®, College Inn®, Kitchen Basics® or Contadina® products in one (1) transaction from the Commissary, you will receive one (1) $5 Commissary gift card. Sales tax is not included towards $15 in purchased products.

Qualifying purchases must be made February 1, 2023 through March 15, 2023 and indicated in one (1) original cash register receipt from the Commissary or an electronic receipt for Commissary Click2Go. (If an additional purchase of $15 worth of qualifying products is made and captured on a separate receipt, then an additional entry may be submitted.) Complete the rebate form online and upload a picture of your receipt at ChooseGoodwithDelmonte.com.

Additional method of entry: Mail your original Commissary receipt with the above date and purchase requirements, along with your mailing information to: Military Choose Good, Do Good Promotion, PO BOX 125, Heyworth, IL 61745. Mail in entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2023.
