During this Public Health Emergency, non-MEP are authorized to access NBG from 1500 - 2200 daily, including Saturdays and Sundays. *NEX and DeCA Policies: *Authorized patrons granted access to NBG may shop at all NEX and DeCA facilities at any time. *To preserve inventory of critical public health supplies, all authorized NEX and DeCA patrons will be limited to two (2) identical items per family, per day *All NEX and DeCA patrons, shoppers will be limited to one (1) shopping cart per family. *While inside NEX and DeCA facilities, and while waiting to enter these facilities, all patrons must adhere to strict social distancing practices and remain no less than six feet away from all other persons to the greatest extent possible. This policy will be strictly enforced. *Waiting lines for entrance into all NEX and DeCA facilities are subject to closure forty five (45) minutes prior to regular store closing. IDI--Produce supplier for Guam has located an alternate Air Freight Carrier for produce onto the island. Food Court is take out only. 8/17: 14-AUG-20, Effective 12:01 a.m. on 16-AUG-20 GUAM will be placed under Pandemic Condition of Readiness (PCOR) 1 through 11:59 p.m. on 29-AUG-20. Unknown impact at this time. 8/18: 17-AUG-20, Due to a rise in COVID-19 cases, personnel entering US installations will undergo a medical health screening. Gate access to installations will be reduced. 17-AUG-20, Executive Order (EO) 2020-27, relative to placing Guam under Pandemic Condition of Readiness (PCOR) 1 effective at 12:01 a.m. 16-AUG-20 thru 11:59 p.m. 29-AUG-20.16-AUG-20 through 29-AUG-20, all non-essential Government of Guam (GovGuam) agencies shall suspend customer-facing operations. GovGuam will continue to operate in a limited capacity, with some agencies completely closed. Several agencies shall remain operational with limited or no public access. Other agencies will remain fully operational, including public access.
