Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss cauliflower with mustard and half the honey; spread onto foil-covered rimmed
  3. baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 15 to 18 min. or until cauliflower is crisp-tender and lightly browned. Decrease oven temperature to 350°F.
  5. Cut cheese into 12 slices, then cut each cheese slice crosswise in half. Place crackers in single layer on second foil-covered baking sheet; top with cheese and cauliflower.
  6. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese begins to melt.
  7. Sprinkle topped crackers with onions; drizzle with remaining honey. Serve warm.
