TRISCUIT Watermelon Stars and Feta Toppers

What You Need

  • 4 watermelon slices (1/2 inch thick)
  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1 cup tightly packed arugula leaves
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese


  1. Cut watermelon slices into 24 star shapes using 1-1/2-inch cookie cutter.
  2. Top crackers with arugula, watermelon and feta just before serving.
