What You Need
1 Tbsp. milk
6 oz. breakfast pork sausage
24 RITZ Crackers
2 American cheese singles, each cut into 6 pieces
Heat oven to 350°F.
Whisk eggs and milk until blended. Cook eggs in heavy nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 1 to 2 min or until almost set; turn. Cook 1 min. or until completely set. Remove from skillet; cut into 12 pieces.
Shape sausage into 12 (1-inch) patties. Add to same skillet; cook on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min. on each side or until done. Drain on paper towels.
Place 12 crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with sausage, eggs and cheese.
Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining crackers.
