RITZ Tomato, Avocado & Feta Topper


These crunchy, low-sodium topped crackers are the perfect blend of flavors. Enjoy!

What You Need

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 6 EACH yellow and red pear-shaped tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh mint


  1. Mash avocado coarsely in medium bowl. Stir in lime juice.
  2. Spread onto crackers.
  3. Top with remaining ingredients.
