RITZ Loaded Mashed Potato Topper


Football game time snack made with RITZ Crackers.

What You Need

  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 1/2 cup hot mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 6 slices cooked center-cut bacon, each cut into 4 pieces
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place crackers in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet.
  3. Top with potatoes, cheese and bacon.
  4. Bake 4 to 5 min. or until cheese begins to melt.
  5. Top with remaining ingredients.
