Pumpkin Pie Spice Bites


These no-bake, paleo, gluten-free Pumpkin Spice Bites are guaranteed to be a hit everyone can enjoy!

What You Need

  • 1 cup Pitted Dates
  • Pumpkin Puree
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Salt
  • 1 cup Chopped Cashews
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds


  1. Soften 1 c of pitted dates in water for 10 mins. Strain & put in food processor.
  2. Add ¼ c pumpkin puree, 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 sprig fresh rosemary, 1 tsp vanilla extract & a pinch of salt & puree till smooth.
  3. Add 1 c chopped cashews & ¼ c chia seeds into processor & pulse until blended in.
  4. Cool in fridge for 30 minutes, then form into small balls.
