No-Bake Protein Bars
What You Need
5 tablespoons GNC PUREDGE™ Daily Powdered PB
2 scoops GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60™ (any flavor)
½ cup dry oats
½ cup oat flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons flax seeds (milled)
1 cup non-fat powdered milk
½ cup water (add up to 2-3 additional tablespoons of water if needed)
Optional: Chocolate Chips, Cranberries, Walnuts, Pecans, Coconut Flakes, Peanuts
SPRAY an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
ADD dry ingredients and Powdered PB to blender and secure lid.
BLEND for 10-15 seconds or until mixture is crumbly.
ADD water, vanilla and any optional ingredients and secure lid.
BLEND for 30 seconds or until dough is sticky.
SPREAD dough into pan using a clean wooden spoon or spatula.
FREEZE for 1 hour.
CUT bars into squares and store in a covered container between sheets of wax paper.
