No-Bake Protein Bars Healthy Living


What You Need

  • 5 tablespoons GNC PUREDGE™ Daily Powdered PB
  • 2 scoops GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60™ (any flavor)
  • ½ cup dry oats
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds (milled)
  • 1 cup non-fat powdered milk
  • ½ cup water (add up to 2-3 additional tablespoons of water if needed)
  • Optional: Chocolate Chips, Cranberries, Walnuts, Pecans, Coconut Flakes, Peanuts


  1. SPRAY an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. ADD dry ingredients and Powdered PB to blender and secure lid.
  3. BLEND for 10-15 seconds or until mixture is crumbly.
  4. ADD water, vanilla and any optional ingredients and secure lid.
  5. BLEND for 30 seconds or until dough is sticky.
  6. SPREAD dough into pan using a clean wooden spoon or spatula.
  7. FREEZE for 1 hour.
  8. CUT bars into squares and store in a covered container between sheets of wax paper.
