Minute Maid Granola Bars

Instructions

  1. In small saucepan, bring chilled Minute Maid® Peach, corn syrup, honey and oil to boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened and reduced to 1 cup, 12 to 15 minutes. Stir in vanilla and salt. Let cool for 1 minute.
  2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir together oats, almonds, peaches and sunflower seeds. Stir in peach juice mixture; toss to combine. Scrape oat mixture into parchment paper lined 13- x 9-inch (3 L) metal cake pan; with offset spatula, press into corners and level.
  3. Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven until golden, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely in pan on rack. Cut into bars.
