Summary

Nothing beats the gummy goodness of fruit snacks, whether it’s an after-school treat or a small surprise in the lunch box! And now you can make them together, at home, using the trusted goodness of Minute Maid juices or drinks. Use any of your favorite Minute Maid flavors and varieties, and this will quickly become your kids’ new favorite snack.

What You Need

  • 1 cup Minute Maid Juices or Drinks (any flavor or variety)
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • ¼ cup Minute Maid Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
  • Cookie cutters (small)

Instructions

  1. Pour Minute Maid juices or drinks into a small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over juice to bloom. The mixture will become very wrinkly. Let soften about 5 minutes.
  2. Heat mixture over low heat, stirring until the gelatin has dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in Minute Maid Frozen Lemonade Concentrate.
  3. Pour mixture into an ungreased cake pan (8x8-inch square or 8-inch round pan). Refrigerate 1 hour.
  4. Loosen one edge with a small spatula or butter knife and flip onto small cutting board. Cut into fun shapes with small cookie cutters or cut into squares with a knife.
