Mini New Potato Bites

Pass these elegantly delicious tiny baked potatoes at your next party.

What You Need

  • 15 new potatoes (1-1/2 lb.)
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. COOK potatoes in boiling water 15 min. or until tender.
  2. MEANWHILE, mix cream cheese, Parmesan and sour cream. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. DRAIN potatoes; cool slightly. Cut in half, then cut small piece from rounded bottom of each. Place, bottom-sides down, on platter; top with cream cheese mixture, bacon and chives.
Variation

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
