Chia Peanut Butter Fiber Bites Healthy Living


What You Need

  • 2 scoops (15 grams) GNC Natural Brandâ„¢ Clear Mixing Super Fiber
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 6 dates or 4 Medjool dates
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 4 tablespoons crunchy or natural peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds


  1. PULSE pecans in food processor, then set them aside.
  2. MIX Super Fiber into applesauce in a separate bowl until dissolved. Add to food processor with dates, oats, peanut butter and chia seeds. Pulse ingredients together.
  3. ROLL tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls (about 10). Roll balls in ground pecans.
  4. REFRIGERATE until firm.
  5. STORE in airtight container in fridge.
