Celery Stick with Salty Almond Butter


Benefiber® allows you the flexibility to take your fiber anyway you choose.

What You Need

  • 1 stalk of celery cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons Benefiber® Powder
  • Pinch of coarse salt


  1. In a small mixing bowl combine almond butter, ½ teaspoon water and Benefiber.
  2. Mix until Benefiber® is completely incorporated.
  3. Spread almond mixture on celery.
  4. Top with coarse salt.
