Buffalo Chicken TRISCUITSĀ®


Here's an interesting twist on Buffalo wings. Crunchy crackers are topped with shredded chicken and hot sauce, then drizzled with blue cheese dressing - perfect for a hot appetizer or snack.

What You Need

  • 6 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 2 oz. cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. blue cheese dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese


  1. PLACE crackers on microwaveable plate; top evenly with combined chicken and hot sauce.
  2. MICROWAVE on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until heated through. Drizzle with dressing.
  3. SPRINKLE with cheese.

How to Shred Chicken

Place cooked boneless skinless chicken piece on cutting board. Use 2 forks or your fingers to pull meat lengthwise into opposite directions, separating it into long shreds.
