Instructions

1. Cut sausage into ½ in. thick slices.
2. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 8 minutes. Remove to a plate.
3. Divide lettuce evenly into 4 shallow bowls.
4. Top each with corn, beans, tomatoes and avocado.
5. Sprinkle with green onion and drizzle with salad dressing.
6. Arrange sausage slices on top of salads and put tortilla chips on sides.
