What You Need

Spinach and Hot Chicken Dressing Salad

Instructions

  1. Make the salad dressing: place the vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper in a shaker container and shake to evenly combine the ingredients. Add the oil and shake to thoroughly mix the ingredients. Reserve.
  2. Note: Salad dressing makes more than needed for the 4 servings. Hold the extra dressing in the refrigerator and use for other family meals and recipes.
  3. Cook the Tyson Fully Cooked Popcorn Chicken Bites according to package instructions and keep hot.
  4. Steam the butternut squash (in the bag) according to package instructions and keep hot.
  5. Place mushrooms, onions, steamed hot butternut squash, and spinach and arugula mix in a mixing bowl. Add the reserved hot Tyson Fully Cooked Popcorn Chicken Bites and approximately ¼ cup of the salad dressing and gently toss to evenly combine the ingredients.
  6. Divide the salad into 4 salad serving bowls (ensuring 7 Tyson Fully Cooked Popcorn Chicken Bites are in each bowl) and top each bowl with 5 hard-boiled egg slices.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
