Layered Strawberry Salad

What You Need

  • 4 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 cups tightly packed torn Boston lettuce
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup PLANTERS Walnut Halves, toasted
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Creamy Poppyseed Dressing


  1. Place half the spinach on serving plate; top with half each of the next 4 ingredients. Repeat layers.
  2. Sprinkle with nuts.
  3. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.

To serve in individual portions, layer ingredients as directed on 8 serving plates.
