Corn & Cherry Tomato Salad


Perfect for potlucks and picnics, this colorful and zesty salad will not wilt.

What You Need

  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) Del MonteĀ® Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup packed chopped fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp. bottled balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese


  1. COMBINE corn, tomatoes, green onions, basil and vinaigrette in a large bowl. Gently stir in feta.
  2. COVER and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
