Instructions

  1. Blend first 7 ingredients and 1/2 cup pineapple in blender until smooth. Pour over steaks in shallow glass dish; turn to coat both sides of each steak. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning after 15 min.
  2. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steaks 3 to 4 min. or until done (160°F), turning once. Cut into thin slices; keep warm.
  3. Reduce grill to low heat. Place tortillas on grill grate; top with cheese. Grill 1 min. or until cheese is melted. Transfer to plates; top with meat, onions, cilantro and remaining pineapple. Fold in half. Serve with lime wedges.
