Avocado Toast


This simple toast packs a flavourful punch. Its great for a quick and satisfying meal any time of the day. Beverage Pairing: Naked Bright Greens Pressed Juice

What You Need

  • 4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Sabra Guacamole
  • 1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup Frito-Lay toasted sunflower kernels


  1. Spread guacamole evenly on each toast. Top as desired with watermelon radish, tomato, sprouts, goat cheese and sunflower kernels.
  2. Tip: Substitute globe or breakfast radishes for watermelon radish.
