Instructions

1. Cookie Bowls: Add cookies to food processor; pulse until finely ground. Add melted butter and brown sugar; pulse until combined. Add 1/4 cup cookie mixture to each muffin cup. Press crumbs into the bottom and up the sides of cups. Refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
2. Assembly: Fill bowl with scoop of ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with berries and peanuts.

Variation

Also delicious with sliced bananas, pineapple or mango.
